Is pricing by employees or timekeepers?
Pricing tiers are based on total employees, not timekeepers or users. Daily Pulse can go to everyone at the firm at no extra cost. LawKPIs logins are listed separately in the pricing configurator.
Who counts as an employee?
Everyone on payroll: attorneys, paralegals and staff.
What happens when our firm grows into the next tier?
We’ll move you to the new tier at your next billing date, with no new Firm Configuration & Data Validation charge.
What happens when we cancel?
Monthly plans can be canceled with notice. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months. LawKPIs stores customer data only while the customer’s subscription is active. If a subscription is cancelled, LawKPIs deletes the customer data it controls on the final day of that subscription.
What does Firm Configuration & Data Validation include?
Integrations, mapping, validation, dashboard setup, Daily Pulse configuration, Connector enablement and launch support. Our team connects your systems and checks the numbers with you before launch.
Are there limits on reports, questions or Daily Pulse recipients?
No. Every plan includes the platform, NyxO, Daily Pulse and the Connector, without per-report charges or limits on questions or Daily Pulse recipients.
Do we need ChatGPT or Claude?
No. You only need Claude to use the Connector. Dashboards, NyxO Insights and Daily Pulse work without a separate Claude account.
